Not Tagaroo itself - but there is a (somewhat) equivalent Drupal module available here: http://drupal.org/project/opencalais

This doesn't provide image searching - but it does automatically suggest tags for all Drupal node types.

There are big improvements in the pipeline for the Drupal modules. Stay tuned.
