Is there a useful way for us to submit corrections to the output? I deal with gossip blogs, and I'd like 'Queen Latifah' to stop getting returned as a Person Political who is a queen. There are lots more of these- is there a useful format we could provide corrections in?

Less specific to gossip is this issue of nested quotes:

quote: I know that it didn't work right when all my friends called up and said, `Wait, what happened?

Instance Info

detection: [friends
called him up to tell him he sucked. ]He says, "I know that it didn't
work right when all my friends called up and said, `Wait, what
happened?[ I'm confused.'"</p><p>You got that]

The original text looked like this in my browser:

He says, "I know that it didn't work right when all my friends called up and said, `Wait, what happened? I'm confused.'"

At the moment the two ways to submit reports on corrections/issues are through this forum or alternatively by sending an email to questions@opencalais.com. It's always recommended to include the original text to ensure we can reproduce the issues on our end.
We're planning to introduce new ways for reporting accuracy issues some time in '09... more to come.
