Can't get Gnosis working

I tried downloading the Gnosis for FF, but got error massage that file couldn't be opened and was corrupted.

Then tried Gnosis for IE.  Downloaded fine, appears a enabled in IE, but there is no Gnosis button on the toolbar and right clicking (in CNN for example) does nothing.  

Any ideas on what is wrong?  Any solutions?

It appears the zip file for Gnosis is a little confused. We've attached the Firefox .xpi plugin (without zipping it) at the Gnosis page http://opencalais.com/Gnosis . Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
